Scott M. Choate
Scott received his B.S. in BioChemistry at Western Washinton University and his JD at Lewis &Clark Northwestern School of Law in Portland, Oregon.
He is licensed to practice law in Alaska, Washington and Hawaii. In addition to practicing law, Scott is also a judge pro tempore for both the Whatcom County Superior Court and the Lummi Nation Tribal Court.
When not engaged in legal pursuits, Scott enjoys his time in Alaska and Hawaii and spending time with family.
Scott is also a member of Wealth Counsel, the nation’s leading resource for legal professionals in estate and disability planning.
Christine Culliton
Christine Culliton has been a certified Care Coordinator in the State of Alaska for over 30 years aiding and serving families, just like hers, with loved ones who experience complex medical conditions, developmental disabilities, behavioral diagnosis, and other challenges that require community-based supports.
As a mother of three amazing daughters, one who experienced severe developmental disabilities and complex medical conditions she knows what it takes to navigate the service systems that support families.
Christine was part of the original committee to write Home and Community Based Waivers both at the National level and here at home in the State of Alaska. Christine’s knowledge of Disability and TEFRA Medicaid, Social Security, Home and Community Based Waiver, Tribal benefits and other support services offered by Alaska, Washington and Hawaii are vast. Nothing gives Christine more pleasure than helping individuals remain in their homes with their families in the community of their choosing.
Christine brings a different perspective to estate planning and considers the “what if’s” in looking at future planning. She looks forward to providing you with information about estate planning and alternative resources as you look towards the future.
